The US Mint http://www.usmint.gov/mint_programs/lincolnRedesign/index.cfm is set to release a new penny in 2009.
Why is our US Government creating more pennies when our country is in the middle of a money crisis? Am I the only one whose blood is boiling about this??? Just a year ago I remember hearing that it cost more to make a penny then it was worth and now they are doing exactly what they were complaining about! Are they nuts??? Just my two cents.....
